Svart Yuzu

Yuzu(柚子) is an aromatic citrus fruit widely used for seasoning in Japan. The characteristic skin of the Yuzu fruit gave me the idea of producing a glaze with the same appearance and texture. Thanks to a special firing technique, we could create this unique texture called Svart Yuzu (Black Yuzu).
